Get a card reader for your pc, then take the memory card out of the N70, and into the reader. It should show up in my computer, at which point you can right click and press "format". Press start, and wait. Once this is done, safely remove hardware and put back in phone. Warning! This will destroy all content on card!

Sure you can format your N70. Just take it to a certified service centre or if you have a software for that phone, you can reformat it. by the way, why do you want to reformat it?
