I have purchased a Fossil "Philip Starck watch PH-1085) on october 28, 2010. Six hours after wearing it, I have notice two cracks in the ring. When I phoned the Fossil Client Services departement in Canada, they have mentionned, "crystal ring". Is it true that the ring is not in plastic but in crystal? Crystal is so fragile, just a small hit and bingo it is broken. After sending the watch to the company for repair, they returned it to me saying they could not repair it and that it was not on the warranty replacement program. They are offering me to by another Fossil watch at 50% of the retail price. Is it true that it can not be repaired? Jack

As a watchmaker of 50+ years experience I believe I could cut a replacement in either crystal or plastic. Fossil has always been difficult for parts.

I need a manual for a philippe starck ph 1065 watch.

You can get instructions for your watch from the Fossil web site.

Go to "fossil.com", go to the bottom of the page and you will see a
menu, click on "customer care", and then look under "Product Info" on
the left and you will see "watch instructions"

Click on this and a list of diagrams and watch descriptions will appear. Put
your cursor over any of the descriptions and a diagram of the watch face will
appear. Search the list until yours appears and download.

What battery does a Fossil Starck PH-1006 watch take?

Hi. I´ve got a ph-1030 and it works with a `RENATA 350`. I couldn`t d this reference so I bought a similar one.I got the `SR1130W` . This battery works but you have to place an small tape on the back (negative pole), to insolate the battery. You have to do it because this battery is a litle bite smaller than the renata 350. If you need anything else email to [email protected]
