Hi,
Please try plug your charger then turn on the psp. If still get the same problem, a piece of 'solder ball type IC' is defective in your psp and need replacement at sony dealer or repair shop.
Hello If the Lamp light and power lights are blinking orange, the lamp driver has failed, and the projector will automatically shut down. Unplug the power cord from AC mains wall socket, wait for three minutes and replug and see whether it helos you. If not, contact Dell service center. OK.
The psp isn't made to charge from usb by default, if you see that small yellow plug in on the either the side or the bottom, you should have a ac adaptor that came with it to plug in there.
replace the battery as it may be out of CYCLES even tho it says its fully charged if the battry is new your going to need a new element inside usually this consist of a new logic board under the battery pack.
Make sure the plug is all the way in the socket, and make sure it's plugged into an outlet. If those are bouth done. Are you sure it only charges for the 3 minutes? maybe it's full by the time th elight goes off. Uhhh I'd say it's probably something wrong with either the things connecting the battery to the PSP or, the female end of the power connector. Damn females always messing things up.
