hi dear if ur nokia 5310 is showing contact service then it may be stuck in two conditions1) ur handset may have hardware fault( shorting..etc) just wash ur phone pcb with acetone and dry it with smd or hot air gun 2) second condition deals with SIM LOCK SECURITY THAT IS IT MAY BE DAMAGED OR ITS OS SOFTWARE MAY BE CORRUPTED.U CAN CHECK IT BY CONNETING THE HANDSET WITH SERVICE SOFTWARES LIKE HWK UFS OR ATF BOX.IF SHOWS SL DATA CORRUPTED THEN REPAIR SD ...IF SL DATA IS OK THE FLASH UR HANDSET USING LATEST FIRMWARE
If both the volume does not work there is no other way.The only thing we have to do is to change the Pata(Flex).So, contact mobile repairing shop Or refer the image

If you are in network selection this shows the networks you may be able to roam on even though the handset is sim free the sim is still controlled by the network including what networks it will work off
either your volume button get damaged or the software gets corrupted in your phone.. change the volume button and format the phone.this willl fix your phone..
