The F70 is an internal control problem. It can be caused by a failed central control board or an interface problem. The way to determine which part is bad when the error occurs is as follows:
If the error occurs when the machine is running then the problem is the interface.
If the error occurs when the washer is not running the problem is the central control unit.

The Cabrio Washer Error F70 code is the same as the OL code: This code stands for overloaded which means the control has recognized that the load in the tub is to much for the machine to handle or there is friction on the drive system not allowing the basket to disengage.
My name is Peter. I am a retired field service appliance technician.
F70:
No communication between the electronic control board and the user interface control board assemblies.
Unplug the dryer. Check the wire harness connections between the main electronic control board and the user interface control board assemblies. If the connections are sound, have a technician diagnose the cause of the communication failure. The main electronic control board and/or the user interface control assemblies might need to be replaced.
Sounds like either an amp problem or a fan problem. Either one can send a F70 code. Check and see if the rear fan is turning freely, it might just be dirty and can't spin easy
Hi, F70 means that the dishwasher senses the motor running even though control board is not telling it too. Here would be the reasons for this
1) There is water in the base pan so it has flooded and is trying to remove any water remaining in the tub.
2) Your control board relay is stuck.
If you want to to check for water in the base, you need to uninstall the unit tip it on it's side and remove the 4 screws on the bottom of the base pan. If you remove the pan and see water you need to determine where it's leaking from.
If not you need a new control board.
The code is an indication of a problem on the washer
F67 means the input voltage on the microprocessor is incorrect. Code F70 indicates a problem with the water temperature sensor circuit. F76
means the NTC temperature for the cold water valve is over the limits.
