Chances are, by your description (and my estimate of the age of this model of projector), that you have a broken solenoid "link". The "link" connects the cycle solenoid and the slide change mechanism. The "link" is made of plastic, and gets brittle & cracks over time. This is a difficult repair, but you should still be able to find parts available. My advice is have this repair done by a factory-trained repair dealer and your projector will run another 20 years.

My Kodak Carousel 750H slide projector will not forward next slide or reverse

Your projector problem sounds like a broken cycle solenoid LINK. The LINK will be available from: www.micro-tools.com
They should have installation instructions, as well. See the attached picture for more details. Good Luck!! Jim

When remote button is pushed the unit will not cycle unit is jammed kodak carousel 750h

The projector may not be jammed. It is very common in this generation of projectors for the cycle solenoid "link" to be broken. The "link" connects & transfers power from the cycle solenoid to the slide change mechanism. If this is the case, you can still get parts from: www.micro-tools.com
The problem now become this is a difficult repair if you have no experience inside a Kodak Slide Projector. My advice is to contact a factory trained repair dealer with this information (although it very well may be cheaper and faster to buy a used projector on the internet !). Good Luck !!

Kodak 750h Projector - The Carousel won't advance when the level is pushed?

If the projector fails to change slides in forward or reverse, then chances are that your projector has a broken cycle solenoid link. The link connects the slide change (cycle) solenoid to the slide change mechanism. Over time the link (made of plastic) gets brittle and cracks. The good news is parts are still available ( www.micro-tools.com) The bad news is this is a difficult repair and usually requires a service manual and a factory-trained repair dealer. Good Luck!!

I have a 750H Kodak slide projector. Where do I find a bulb for it?

The KODAK Carousel 750H uses a 300 watt, 120volt lamp with an ANSI code of "ELH". You can order "ELH" lamps from Bulbman (www.bulbman.com).

Focus Lense Will Not move using the remote or the dial - What can I do? Kodak Carosel model 750H

The KODAK Carousel 750H was manufactured from roughly 1971 to 1981.
If you can push the focus knob toward the outside of the projector and manually remove the lens, then the problem is the gear on the focus shaft (the shaft the focus knob turns). The gear has either cracked and fallen off or is cracked and slipping on the shaft. Either way, the focus shaft needs to be replaced by a factory-trained repair technician.

Kodak 750H and 760H neither will advance carolsel without manual

This is a common problem with older projectors like this. There is a "link" that connects the slide cycle solenoid to the slide change mechanism. The "link" is plastic and gets brittle & cracks with age, rendering cycling non-functional. this is a difficult repair, but parts are still available. I recommend you contact an factory-trained repair dealer to get your projectors repaired.

Kodak 750H and 760H neither will advance carolsel without manual

Both of these models were manufactured by KODAK between 1971 and 1981 (roughly). My guess is that they both have the same failure: The "link" that connects the cycle solenoid to the slide change mechanism is broken. This "link" is plastic, and gets brittle & cracks over time. While parts are still available, this repair is best done by a factory-trained tech with the service manuals.

My kodak carousel slide projector model 750h will not operate in the forward position. What could be the problem and how much to repair?

If reverse and select modes work correctly, it could require a slight adjustment of the cycle solenoid or (worst case) it may be a broken spring on the slide tray advance lever. To pinpoint the cause of your problem, take your projector to a factory-trained repair dealer.
