From your description I must assume that the motor and fan are turning. If this is the case then you either have an extremely bad air leak between the air pump & nozzle, a restricted fuel line or vacuum leak, or the rotor in the pump itself is broken and needs to be replaced.

Check the pump pressure. If 0psi then the rotor is broken.
If there is "some" pressure, then look elsewhere.

My Carlin 60200FR states flame detected but has no flame. I reset and clear faults and still nothing happens. What can I do to fix?

If your Carlin 60200FR burner is displaying a "flame detected" message but there is no actual flame, there are several potential causes for this issue. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can take:
  1. Check fuel supply: Ensure that you have a sufficient supply of fuel oil or gas to the burner. Verify that the fuel valves are open and that there are no obstructions or blockages in the fuel line.
  2. Inspect ignition system: Check the ignition system components, such as the electrodes or spark plug, depending on the type of ignition used by your burner. Make sure they are clean and properly positioned. If they are dirty or misaligned, clean or adjust them accordingly.
  3. Clean or replace fuel nozzle: The fuel nozzle may be clogged or dirty, preventing the proper fuel flow. Clean the nozzle using a suitable cleaning agent or, if necessary, replace it with a new one.
  4. Check for air intake blockages: Inspect the air intake for any obstructions or blockages that may be preventing proper air flow into the burner. Clear away any debris or dirt that may be hindering the combustion process.
  5. Verify electrical connections: Ensure that all electrical connections to the burner are secure and properly connected. Check for any loose wires, damaged cables, or faulty connections. If necessary, tighten connections or replace damaged components.
  6. Reset the burner control: Resetting the burner control can sometimes help resolve issues. Locate the reset button or switch on the control unit and press or toggle it to reset the system. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for resetting the specific model of your Carlin 60200FR burner.
  7. Consult the user manual or contact technical support

Bang at start up pentair heater

What kind of bang, like an explosion? if so, then a burner orifice or more than one orifice or the burners, are plugged. What is happening, raw fuel is not reaching hot surface igniter quick enough. The raw fuel then collects from a further orifice, and by the time that it reaches the hot surface igniter, there's a little bit too much fuel, and there is an explosion. Which is not normal. You need to clean the orifices and the main burners.

I have a HD2515U Stainless Steel Dual Fuel stove (hooked up to propane, not natural gas). Oven still works, but burners wont ignite. It has electric ignitors. I've followed all the steps to make sure...

The wiring harness for the burners sound like is shot! I would think about buying a new one! have You tried to light the burners with a lighter or match to see if they will ignite? If so,replace the wiring harness, over time they go bad and short out! If You Can use lighter to ignite burner I would use the long nosed ones like You start charcoal with till The new wiring harness arrives! You will save the hair on Your arm that way! LOL! Good Luck!

Thermador rdss30rs xlo burners don't light and right side burners don't light either. can light right side with lighter. while burners are on igniter spark continously.

IF THE BURNERS DO NOT IGNITE
• Are the burner caps properly aligned and seated in the burner bases?
• Are the burner ports clogged?
• Is a fuse blown or is the circuit breaker tripped?
• Is the manual shut-off valve closed, preventing the flow of gas?

Laser 56 - leaking fuel at heater feed through

Sky,

It sounds like the igniter is no good. Everytime you try to start the stove the fuel pump puts fuel into the burner. If the igniter works it burns it out, if not it just builds up. If it gets high enough it comes out the igniter. Now, there could be another reason for the fuel. Have you ever pushed the little red putton on the sump? I will say, do not push that button until you know what it does. It can flood your heater big time. Rule of thumb for the red button, one time for one second, only.

You need to sop up the fuel from inside the burner. Use a rolled up paper towel. Once you have proved the igniter you can try again. If you can't prove the igniter you need a new one.

Igniter of back burner dies not click or light

I had the same issue with washing the top with water and cleaning solution. I had arching, eventually one burner failed to ignite. I tried the above solution and it did not work. Remove the ceramic top on the burner that will not ignite. Turn on another working element. Do you see the igniter working?

If so slowly turn on the gas on the failed burner and it will ignite. I'm looking into what component automatically controls the igniting and gas release when the knob is turned on.

Burner

You probably have an open or shorted igniter that burner. Check the igniter if defective replace it.
