Set does not turn on. Green lights continually blink.

After power outage when I tried to turn the set it would not power up. The green lights would not stop blinking.  I hit the reset button and still green lights flash continually.  The set was plugged into a monster brand power conditioner and all other components seem to work and all other TV sets and computers work fine.
Do you offer a repair manual along with tech support and assistance?  I have repaired other electronics by taking apart and cleaning and looking for burned parts, cold solder joints etc but do not have much equipment other than a multi meter and fine soldering irons etc.

MY 32LC7D tv when shut off takes its time to turn back on but now when i tried to turn it back on the green light constantly blinks and no matter if i unplug it the green light automatically comes bac

Televisions now are equipped with a diagnostic circuit that send a low voltage , low frequency signal throughout your set when you turn it on. This is to detect any problems with the circuitry and protect the good circuits.. It started out with a component that wasn't working properly but finally returned the signal. With continued use the component finally burnt out and now your set is going into standby mode. The blinking Green light is a code X amounts = a certain problem. Look up the make and model on the internet and it will give what 2 blinks, three blinks, etc means.. It could be anywhere in the set but the blinks will pin point to the board more than likely. Probably in your power board and if you are lucky it is just capacitors which you can replace yourself if you are a DIY 'er. Check out their web site and find out what your problem is first. Good luck!

Mitsubishi WD-48511 Flashing green power light

The green light should only blink if set has been unplugged---upon plugging it back it will blink for about 70 seconds and go out----this is the set booting up and is normal.

At that point you should be able to turn the set on-----what happens when you try?

I have a WS-55511 rear projection TV. We had a power outage in the area and the TV will not power at all. Could this be a blown fuse?

if the green power light just blinks that is one issue==========if the green power light does not come on at all suspect a fuse----follow the power cord (set unplugged) into the set and plug in ac fuse is right there.

If you have the blinking light that will not stop it means the DM unit in the set was damaged and that is expensive.

If you need more information or have questions let me know with a comment here.

Bad digital/power module. Contact Mitsubishi, they may cover part of repair, I am serious. If not, have a an authorized servicer send module to Mitsubishi for rebuild program. The only economical solution.

Green light blinks constantly. reset doesn't fix it.

This set has a lot of problems but I have news for you that I recently discovered from a authorized Mitsubishi repair center---

Mitsubishi has had so many problems with this set that now they sell a complete Chassis replacement for this set for about 200 dollars--You will have to go to a authorized center---no more trying to fix individual boards in this set...if you are in doubt--Google the model number and you will see all the problems this set has had---

Contact Mitsubishi and I think the best thing you can do is get the Chassis replaced--

If you have more questions about what I am telling you let me know---I think Mitsubishi is trying to avoid the class action lawsuits that are in progress against them for this model.

Check your color wheel. There is a DIY guide for replacing the color wheel. Mine did the same thing yours is and my color wheel was all busted up. Unfortunately after replacing the color wheel my set continues to do the same thing, but this could mean I need to replace the ballast as well.

Green light on front rapidly blinks after power outage. No picture, or can't turn on

This unit, when first plugged in or after power interuption takes 70 to 90 seconds for the digital module to boot up. During the time the LED blinks green and the set will not respond to anything. After the appropriate amount of time the blinking should stop and the set should operate normally. If the blinking never stops then you have to have the Digital Module repaired.

No power just blinking green light

I had this problem last year. Just the blinking green light. the tv would not turn on. It was the power module. A local electronics tech fixed it for me for $300.00. It was a circuit in the panel that needed to be changed.
