There is a drain hose in the base of the ac chamber that drains condensate out under the car. This hose blocks up with gunk from inside the car ( looks like black slimy moss) and the water cannot get away. You will have to disconnect the hose of the chamber and clean both the hose and the fitting back into the chamber.
The siphon tube in the soap dispenser drawer is blocked with either a fungal/bacterial biofilm or with clogged conditioner.
Pull
the drawer right pout of the machine as per the user manual to clean
it. the cover over the back of the conditioner drawer will flip up if
you pull it. The top half has a dead end tube which fits over a tube
with an open end. Clean out every last trace of the (very likely) pink
or black slimy film, a cotton bud (US=Q-Tip) is useful for cleaning out
the upper dead-ended tube.
Reassemble and pop the drawer back in,
and then pour water into the conditioner drawer; if you have done the
job properly it should just drain out via the siphon as normal.

If there is not enough water, the dishes would not get cleaned. This could be caused by a partially closed water shut-off valve (located under the sink), or a faulty dishwasher water valve (located at the bottom of the dishwasher, behind the kick panel, on either side).
Also, There is usually two, sometimes three spray arms in a dishwasher. Make sure there is no debris blocking the holes inside each spray arm.
**Water temperature Note***
To get the best results, the water has to be at 120 degrees Fahrenheit when entering the dishwasher.
Concerning the Film(slimy looking substance).
This problem occurs due to excessive calcium build up inside the dishwasher. Try cleaning you dishwasher using a dishwasher cleaner. There are a few out there, Try Dishwasher Magic.
You either have a defective black toner, a bad fuser or transfer belt. From my experence it is usually a bad toner cartridge. After you print a couple of pages, pull the black toner and see if there is anything on the drum. If there is try shaking the toner, sometimes toner does like dirt and clogs up. If you still have problem you will have to try another toner. I know that is not cheep, but I don't know any other way.
the slimy pink substance is the product of long usage and is a normal accumulation of dust and dirt.
have a regular cleaning of the unit to prevent another occurrence of the water not draining out. usually every three months depending on the location of the unit.
