Most Stihl's are the same...Sounds like you need to adjust your mixture screws on the carby. you will need a small flat blade screwdriver (usually these are supplied with the wipper snipper from new and they have a little arrow on the top), H is for the High speed mixture screw, L is for the Low speed mixture screw. Turn the screws clockwise in until they seat (do NOT tighten!!) then turn them anti-clockwise the recommended amounts of turn on the cover around the holes. Careful not to lean the mixture out too much, but if it is the newer type they have a restictor on the High Speed that stops it at 3/4 of a turn. start it up and hopefully it will fix your problem, if not you will have to take it to a professional. Further info majority of STIHL high and low mixture setting are fine tuned via the respective rev settings , you'll have find out the particular setting from your STIHL dealer(sorry)

My stihl whipper snipper loses power and cuts out when i try to rev and apply throttle.

With 2 strokes I always start with 'AIR' 'FUEL' 'SPARK' from the sounds of it the choke might be stuck on (choking the motor ha ha) also check the air filter, You have fuel and its moving through but the fuel filter might be slightly clogged. As its starting and going on low your spark unit is ok but you might need a new spark plug.

My still fs36 whipper snipper runs but wont rev out

The strimmer has a small engine and therefore very small fuel passages that are very easily blocked unless a near-surgical cleanliness is observed when fueling and the air cleaner maintenance is up to date and carefully carried out.

In my experience such fuel-related problems are most likely. It is worth checking the spark plug first considering how much easier that would be. In the case of a blackened condition begin by checking the air cleaner for fouling and the cold start for correct operation.

Whipper snipper revs but head doesn't turn

Englebert the most common thing would be that the inner shaft has sheared off. Remove the head and see if it spins then.

Dt 230 low on power.bike gets half revs then runs

Hi there, you likely still have the restrictor in the exhaust header. Mine was the same, they are shipped like that as standard. Take the exhaust off the engine and remove the the concentric tube that's in there (you need to cut it out). Instant +100% power, if that is your problem.

Lawn hornet whipper snipper needs tuning

clean the air filter first of all and then take the spark plug out to make sure its clean (should be a light brown color)
if you need to tune it take the carby cover of and you will find two needles or screws marked H and L wind them both all the way in then wind the H out 1turn/wind the L out 1/2 a turn . this is a good starting point. Start the snipper then adjust the L screw minutely till it revs up quickly and doesnt bog down
