There are several possibilities and in most cases, incompatibility issues, but actually this problem is fixed by inserting some data in the Mozilla folder after creating a plugin folder. First of all, download and extract the files of this zipped file through Winrar or Winzip to a specific folder (Click Here to download), copy flashplayer.xpt and NPSWF32.dll, click "Start" > "Run" and type in %APPDATA% and press Enter, a new folder will open up, locate Mozilla folder, open it and create a new folder and name it "Plugins" and paste the two files you've copied i.e. flashplayer.xpt and NPSWF32.dll, in the folder "Plugins" and close the firefox, restart and it should work fine with the flash media content pages.
If the problem persists, backup all the bookmarks and uninstall the Firefox. Before you reinstall, download and install the Adobe Flash player via Internet Explorer and install the Firefox again. Let me know if you have problem doing these.
Good luck.
Thanks for using FixYa.
