Hi there, the backlight has failed on my archos av700 where in the uk can I get a replacement lamp?

First buy a 2.5" hard drive. Remove the back cover (with a putty knife or something really thin), then follow this guide http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gk6eMP55rrc

Seems you have burned out your charging circuit.This is common on these units & you need to do one of two things,Either send it back to Archos & they will fix FOC if under warranty or buy a external charger which are a bit difficult to get hold of @ the minute.Can get them from Hong Kong - ebay.

is your usb lead broke, or maybe your computer is not picking it up, try opening my computer and see if you can find the hard drive, then just open it up and you will find the folders, let me know if this is any help
