You need to Install a sound driver so to make your audio device be detected by your computer system. there are several ways to do it. One is to re-install your motherboard drivers by your motherboard driver software cd. The other one is for you to buy Driver magician , driver magician will search and detect all the driver that your computer needs. All you got to do is to select them and then by clicking on download, driver magician will automatically search the internet and download it for you. Have a nice day friend. Hope this would have a positive effect on your computer problem.
1. Check whether the audio cable is connected to the Green socket (Output). 2. In the device manager see whether exclamation is present next to sound driver. 3. Check whether you have muted or kept the volume low. 4. Reinstall the proper driver at times even though it may recognize the driver, but it may not be the proper one. Redownload proper driver and install it again.
You need to find out the motherboard model code from looking at the motherboard.
It sounds like none of your motherboard drivers are installed. You need to find the disk that came with the motherboard if you can't find the drivers online.
There will be a specific software driver the sound card needs, then download it and install it. For example, my motherboard needed the AC97 driver and after I downloaded this, the sound worked properly...
Computer sounds fine, CD sounds dead! Try copying the drivers onto a new CD using another computer & try them in the laptop again. The drivers may be Vista-specific anyway, so try downloading XP drivers from Toshiba website.
This MotherBoard has a special software that comes with it to handle all the sound related stuff. If you install this program it should be easy to control the sound then.
Make sure that the sound drivers are properly installed. Also test your speakers and make sure that they are working. If required reinstall the sound drivers from the motherboard CD
it may look fine, but i think there is some trouble with the installation of motherboard on the new case take a review on it.
it happened to me before.I just reinstall it to the new nase and chechk for any lose connection or any busted chips. in that case try some new motherboard
SOMETIME THE CHIPSET IS DIFFERENT...OR THE ONBOARD AUDIO HAS GONE UNSERVICEABLE...TRY PCI AD ON CADT FOR MULTIMEDIA SUPPORT AND INSTALL DRIVER FOR THAT WITH THE CD PROVIDED WITH THAT
