All you have to do is to call your service providers via some other phone or landline and talk to a CSR, ask him for the code. He will first authenticate your ownership and will give you your code in ruturn, for free, Its your right to know your PIN/PUK.

Maybe your phone doesn't support the function, how about save youtube videos on computer, then convert the format of the downloaded videos in 3gp or mp4 format, and export the videos to your phone, youtube videos will be playable on your LG.

hi ,you can download youtube from shareware .com in your pc and then transfer to lg gs290 it works............... but really overall performenc of this phone is 5/10
