My computer is an HP Pavilion slimline s33001 The cam is Labtec i cant remember the # but of the four its the smallest slimmest dark one.It wont fit in either computer we own.the usb
is so odd yet our older Labtec cam is fine on both pcs.

hi glider, there are many models of webcam from labtec so if you mansion your cam model mean its easy for us to get your drivers. No problem just go to (http://www.labtec.com/index.cfm/service/listing/AMR/EN,crid=68,crid2=1764) and select your model and you can get drivers from there itself.

when you try to connect your cam but it says your cam is not connected. Try to close the other webcam application which is open and click the webcam icon in your chat box.

you can download the installation software from internet .

select the type of your operating system
chose the type of language
then,click on download .
install the same software on your pc & start workin with your webcam.stay cool.
