The Nokia 5230 this should be possible but you may only use the back camera since it doesn't have the front camera which is usually use for video calling. It has also has 3g capability which is also used for 3g calling(video calling/conference)
Generally video call can be made in all 3g phones with front camera.. Nokia 5230 does not come with a front camera yet you can make video calls by recording and playing to the receiver on the other side.. To do this you need a 3g sim and after dial activate as video call in the options menu.. Another option is you can use a mirror to make a live video call of face to face.. Take 3G Service from your operator..
Using 3g service you can access fast internet,faster downloading / uploading of files/data/music,video calling,live tv. etc.
As it is a smart phone Video Calling must be supported.. PROCEDURE:
-->Open Contact.
-->Seek To Any Contact.
-->Select Options
-->You find a option of video Calling or Voice calling.
3g not means only video calling it means fast and Very Fast Gprs(EDGE)
video calling live tv are the genuine feature of a 3g network... so u have to buy a 3g card... to use all this features... TV can be watched by slecting Live TV in sim card menus.... :-)
