Replaced control panel and keypad 1 1/2 years ago seen the error codes now I was self cleaning oven everything went off no error codes or anything house breaker ok PLEASE help.

Self clean is hard on controls. I do not recommend self clean. Kills expensive parts. If the temp goes above 300 in the control panel, a control panel fuse will melt, killing the power to the control.

I have a Whirlpool Super Capacity 465 self-cleaning oven. I tried to use the Auto Clean function tonight, but after about 15 secs., the oven displayed error code FSE1, beeped multiple times, and then...

I researched your question regarding error code FSE1. I could not find a response regarding a self cleaning oven. If you will provide the model number on the below listed website under "cooking" you may get a detailed response.

It seems that a general "fix" for error codes is to got to your electrical panel and shut off the breaker controlling your device for 1 minute. This resets the device and will reset the error code. (May not fix your issue but will reset code.)

Your manual should have a list of error codes to help you resolve this issue. If you have misplaced the manual, you can also download one for your device from Whirlpool's website as well.

If all else fails here are the U.S. and Canadian telephone numbers under "Contact us". I do not know if this is a pay line or Whirlpool will answer your questions and attempt to resolve at no cost.

F9-1 what does this mean?

Hello there:
This error code is referring to the door lock feature and is telling you that the door lock motor may be bad or there is a problem with the wiring
If you were using the self clean feature before this happned you will have to reset the internal reset feature found on these ovens this is done by unplugging the oven and leaving it set for a minimum of 1 hr. then after this is done plug it back in and you may hear a audiable click sound if so great simply press the cancel button and it should be ok from there
But if not you will have to have the door motor inspected and any associated wiring tested for continuity and replaced if found bad
I hope this is very helpful for you
Best regards MIchael

Code F5E5 after using self cleaning on KEBC107 Kitchenaid.

Hi, f5e5 stands for clean temperature not reached after 30 minutes. You should check your door gasket, hinges and you latch to make sure the door is sealing. You can take a piece of paper like a receipt and put it in the door and pull it out with the door closed to feel for resistance on the paper. If there is no resistance on the paper then the door is not sealing. you can try hitting the stop clear button for 3-6 seconds if that does not take the error code off then turn the breaker off for about 30 min.

In some instances, this could just be a glitch and a reset could be performed:
  • Press and hold any key for 1 minute to clear R failure code from memory.
  • F2 will appear.
  • Press CANCEL and observe for 1 minute to ensure operation is correct.

Self cleaning oven error code FSEO

Probably a bad door lock solenoid. That is some kind of door lock problem. Trouble is they are not all the same. This training manual shows locations of model number. Perhaps if you post that I might can come up with a tech sheet and you would get a better answer. see page 4

Error Code F5 E5

The repair on this issue will be one of either of these parts.
It is a common issue with Kitchenaid wall ovens.
