I want to reset to factory settings, my language is in chinese and i need english

Find the manual online and look up how to change language. The placement of options in the menus will be the same just in Chinese. Count down the menu items to choose the correct option. Alternatively use Google translate to change English to Chinese and find the right option. Lastly you could do a factory reset and hopefully that will give you the option to change language after reset. Good luck.

You can change it in setting then general and then select international there is option for language by which you can change your language in english or any other

They are specialized on finding english manuals for chinese gadgets.

While there are youtube clips for some HiPhone versions, mine only had 4 options in settings.

I had to register to access the site.
Check the post by GrootWitBass - it worked for me.
