Hmmm... well i think its because its thea game or something or that you need to clean the PSP because when you open the UMD drive dust could fly in there or the UMDs might have dust inside and attract more dust but your able to play games right?

I have the same exact problem except my NBA game wont work. The problem is that the disk won't spin well enough. you need to lubricate it somehow without damaging the disk
If you have custom firmware, make sure your "execute boot.bin" and "plain modules" are both disabled under your advanced configuration settings of the recovery menu. Also, make sure your ISO/CSO games are saved in the ISO Folder of your memory stick and that your UMD MODE is set to NO UMD REQUIRED. Your PBP Games should be saved in your PSP/GAME Folder.
