I have cracked the bowl on my Tefal food processor number D0250D34....Does anybody know where I can get one? Ive searched and searched and can't find anything. Its the Jamie Oliver food processor if this helps. Thanks

All Magimix processors I have seen have not had release buttons to release the bowl/lid. It may be worthwhile you contacting Magimix themselves to see if they can help you.

Mine cookwell food processor is not working when I bought it last week and I found out ths the Micro switchlever in the rimm is not high anough to been switch on by the bowl when you turn into place the bowl. The only way to fix it to keep it supress down and use the front to start the machine.

I hope you are using a bowl to catch the food...?

One thing you can try is to cut out some plastic from a blister-pack or other type of toy-package and tape it onto the end of the chute. This will act somewhat like a doggy door flap. This will certainly slow the food down as it enters the bowl.
