The Samsung DVD Burner doesn't require software to function. Unfortunately the software you are most likely requesting is commercial software and is illegal to download off of the internet with out paying for it. Your Drive may have came with one but you did have to pay for it.
All is not lost yet however.
You can Download trial software for your dirve from nero.com, cyberlink... etc. The cheapest place to get software is from ebay or half.com but most of this software is avalible from local stores for around 50$.
