Missed recordings - Panasonic DMR-EH55 DVD Recorder/HDD Recorder

Resetting a Sansa View, Fuze, or Clip player:

1. Slide and hold the Power switch up for approximately 20 seconds.
2. Release the Power switch.
3. To turn the player on, slide the Power switch up then release instantly.

check the top of the tape cassette if plastic removable tabs missing it will behave like a read only cassette if missing sticky tape can be used to cover the holes to make cassette recordable.

try to reconfigure your DVR date and time and check the recording schedule

Does the needle actually contact the record? If not, you may be missing a "pad" under the record, or you may be simply missing the needle that needs to be there to follow the grooves.

Well , does the adjustmentment screw really moves when you turn it, or only spins:)???? and won't move

Check that the PDC is not on, as this can cause the program to be missed. As the signals can go missing to tell it to record the event. In otherwords it's waiting for a signal that never comes!

You can't record a programme that has already started or has been missed. You'll have to wait for a repeat.

pls try to format all HDD first backup ur data by connecting the dvd recorder to pc then format ur hdd it will help lemme know

There must be a tab in the menu that says "Call Records" or "Recent Calls". Once you go into the call records or recent calls, there must the list that states, missed calls, received calls and dialed calls. You can check the missed calls in there. I believe the Call records will have a phone icon.
