How to use USB ports in BenQ E2420HD monitor? Can I connect pen drive..........

Hi Radhika,

Your TV has USB port on back side. Just plug your pendrive there. Then go menu on TV ( use your remote commander) and go to this input. Your TV will read the file on pendrive accordingly.

The USB ports on the monitor is jaut a USB HUB, you need to connect the USB cable from the monitor to the USB port on the PC.

Or www.digikey.com, just make sure to use caps with low ESR, 105c, high ripple current and long life rating such as PANASONIC FM or FC series.

You can connect the 3.5mm male pin at the left side of the monitor(if you're facing the front panel) it's located under the two USB ports( see "G" from the bottom Image). You may also use the line out port available( see "A" from the bottom image)

This is the problem with your port. Probably you have connected many devices in all the ports. So please try with someother ports before checking the malfunctionality of your pen drive...

may be your USB port is not working. try another port and one more thing may be you plugged the usb in that port and it shorts the usb and port too then might be your pen drive is not working

must be ur usb drive not installed properly

Have a look at the back of your computer.

See if there is more than 1 video port.

If there are 2 ports try plugging the monitor into the other port....

Sometimes motherboards have internal video cards, in this case the video port is in among the USB ports, sound and mike sockets etc.

Look for a video port away from all those other things.

when i connect the pen drive or card reader to usb port it is not decteting
