The support options seem to be limited. However, I found an Win2K and XP driver here: http://drivers.softpedia.com/get/PRINTER/OTHERS/Fargo-Pro-L-Printer-Driver-202.shtml . Click on the Download button on the left and then click on the download from External Mirror link.
For Vista, you may find the Compatibility option works. Right click on the file you downloaded (after unzipping if it ends in .zip, find an .exe file in this case) and choose Properties. Then click on the Compatibility tab. Set that up to run the program as XP. Then right click on the file again and choose Run as Administrator.
