I need to find a free manual for the 3032 White sewing machine. i cannot find mine.

Go to the home page
At the bottom of the page look for instruction manual--click on it
It will take you to another page
In the box put the model number (example w3032 ) & click search
They have a free download

Have you got the bobbin in the right way ? Is the bobbin thread in tension? Turn flywheel towards you while holding the tail of the top thread, turn through one rotation so needle goes down into rotary hook then up again to top position. Now pull thread tail and bobbin thread should come up through needle plate in a loop. Draw the rest of bobbin tail up to top. Can you get a lesson from sm retailer? They should give you a basic demo at least. Consider buying a reference book on the sewing machine such as singer sewing machine book or similar. Sewing is a skill best learnt in classes if you can.

Unthread the machine. Raise the presser foot. Turn the handwheel until the take-up lever is at it's highest position. Set the upper tension dial/knob to 5.
The threading path is as follows:
From the spool around the top guide, down through the right slot, up the left slot, through the eye of the take-up lever from right to left, down through the guide(s), through the needle from front to back.

the thread might be old because mine did the samething and i bought new thread and it works fine
