CasioEX-S880 will not charge.

You need to contact the repair department and let them know their repair was unsuccessful. Keep copies of all your paperwork.

I found this while trying to solve my exact same problem.. It worked for me after about 7 times. Some other people on the site said it worked for them after 20 times. Good luck!

My NP 20 gave me the flashing red light of death and I got Casio to replace it. Then I had the same problem with my second NP 20 so I dug around for a way to fix it and I found the following advice on a site called FixYa. It worked instantly and I didn't risk ruining my battery.

It happened to me. I fixed it by luck . Here is my way . fully charge the camera till the led turns green. "IMPORTANT" unplug the power of the charger first, then remove the camera from the cradle . Then I pressed power button, it worked.

How old is the battery? Keep in mind they aren't meant to last for more than a year or two, regardless of how often they're used. Generic replacements are actually inexpensive these days. Here's some from Amazon:

this is a very common issue with the casio model. goto mike's digital camera repair for more help. I would first replace the battery get one from from mike's or ebay.

if you try pushing the battery in further it might turn on, if that doesn't work just get a new battery, but make sure to take it out when you aren't using it or this will happen again.

Casio batteries have a issue and are very weak you should not let it get below 5% when it is this low the camera will come on say battery is low and turn off. if it remains this or lower the battery can go out the good thing is you can get them really cheap off ebay.

It could be the battery isn't taking a charge. Since your purchased the camera last February you could be still covered under warranty. I would check with Casio.com. I found this link on their website:
