I have been having a few issues with this machine recently. If i put in the normal size wash load the machine will start in the usual way, but can then fill through the detergent drawer until the machine over flows.
If I put in half the amount the machine appears to work more normal but then half way through the cycle it forgets where it was in the cycle and just stops displaying the full cycle time for that programme. I have checked the water supply, the drain hose and cleaned the filter.. All are 100%. The machine is only 2 years old. i would appreciate any help as my washing is pilling up thaks to the new arrival of twins!!! thank's
Hi there!
Congrats on the twins! Getting any sleep yet?
I think the problem is to do with the water pressure sensor, or hoses inside the machine.
This sensor determines when there is enough water in the machine, and turns the valve off.
If you are competent to have a look, then continue -
Isolate supply and turn off water connections -
Remove the lid by removing screws at the rear, and slide back.
Check the air hoses that are near the drawer area. It is not uncommon for one to just come loose, or rip.
Reassemble and turn on to check opperation.

The speed of spinning in the washer depends on the weight of the linen in the machine. if the machine is not fully loaded it will create an inbalance and the motor control unit will sense this and hence spin at a low speed. Solution is to ensure that the machine is fully loaded with enough linen.
hi ,well its the wee door down at the bottom right ,open that and loads of water will spill out,it will stink, mop up water and clean out drainage, that should do it,its a simple job and it willl save u pounds,it is just a build up of smeelly water
Door not shut Check that the door is properly shut.Faulty interlock A faulty interlock might not allow the door to shut properly. Find your door interlock here and replace, or contact a qualified repairer. No power Check the flex, plug wiring, fuse and mains supply for faults. Faulty on/off switch Check the power light if fitted. Replace your on/off switch. Water supply disconnected or off If a washer dryer cannot load water it cannot start a wash cycle. Check water supply.
At bottom left of machine there is a small metal flap where you can drain off water. Next to that is a grey pipe you can keep pulling and pushing i have done this quite a few time and it has let out sludgey stuff put washing machine is now spinning and draining. Good Luck.
unplug machine. Pull off retainer clip from the front , with both hands inside push up the seal untill its free. Then with the new seal apply washing up liquid to the gap on the seal.
And fit this is fiddly. Then pull the spring you removed to loosen abit and with a screw driver to keep it in place throught the door lock thats why youve unpluged it. strech the spring around. the ease on the front part of the seal and replace the clip. put on a wool wash to check for leaks.
