The FAI3A is a 4-channel converter. Perhaps you connected the input from your rear speakers to 2 channels but ran the RCA's from the other 2 channels. It's also possible that the levels need to be adjusted.
Check the wiring and adjustments. Put the RCA's in the unused channels and see if there's output from there. If this doesn't work, most likely, the LOC is defective.
the 2 left and right dont matter, it only matters when ur hooking up a 4 channel amp. all u do is connect one of the channels to it but it would be best o buy a stereo ull have alot of engine nose and vibration on ur speakers and a thump every time u turn on ur car but itll sound ok for now ti
did you cut them and splice into them. Because instead splice them all together and it should all work. or if you have a multichannel amp just hook ur factories into the amp as well.
