Phone keeps restarting while charging

your charge port is probably broken.

The problem could be with your charger,it might be providing insufficient power or more current to phone then normal,change your charger.Hope that solves your problem.

This type of thing usually happens when your phone is connected to charger that provides insufficient or far more power that is required to charge your phone.........but if your phone is not connected to charger then first put a piece of paper or any thin material with your battery in order to get it more closer to jumper(the terminals at phone where battery is to be conected) if the problem still exists then try to change your battery.

Its not a a big problem.Try these till your problem is solved ,hope they will solve your problem:

• Charge your cell for a bit long time then normal.
• Change your charger.
  
• Change your battery.

I have to wrap my charger around the front of my phone to get it to charge... if I don't the battery icon blinks full then empty a few times and doesn't charge. not a good fix though.

your phone is grounded faulty capacitors,, if the charger driver is ok.

This happens sometimes, one of those weird things, my suggestion to you is turn the phone off, put the charger on, and then reboot your phone. This has happened to me several times and several of my customers phones. Nothing really to fix here, sort of to say "it just happens". I know this is not a real solution or any indication of why, but that will fix your problem. (sort of speak)
