right click on the screen at the bottom is properties click that then i think you want settings near the bottom are three buttons the one to the right should be advanced you should be able to change that in there
In a pinch, you can pop the lid open on these by sliding a credit card between the screen and base chassis. Typically when the latch breaks on a tc4200/4400 it will need to be replaced unless it is simply jammed.
