I would suspect a problem with a door switch or door switch mount, or possibly a shorted relay on the control panel.

I would contact them for an authorized servicer in your area.

Microwave timer works but will motor will not run/cook.

If everything works on the unit, but you do not receive any heat or possibly the turntable does not turn you have a faulty magnetron (controls heat) and a faulty motor (controls turntable). You would require service on the unit, if parts are available. Some microwaves are so small in cubic foot size, that manufacturer's do not have parts available for purchase/repairs.

Turntable stopped working (yes, I pressed the turntable on/off button)

It all depends on your model number of course, but if JUST the turntable is failing, it may just be a defective turntable motor or coupler.

If your internal cooling fan and/or inside / cavity light is defective, too, it may be the internal fan motor, a door switch, or a relay on the control board.

We repair those and can offer more free advice with the full model number and a little bit more detail about what's working, what's not, and when.

You can find handy exploded views and order parts by model number here.

Panasonic Microwave NN-S935BF turntable and light do not work. Microwave still works. Bulb and turntable motor okay. No power to light or turntable. Any ideas?

Your description seems to be confusing turntable and light do not work
Bulb and motor OK
No power to light or turntable

Which is it?

They could be separate incidents. The drive motor could be fused and the globe just blew its life away..

RVM1435 Turntable not working

The turntable motor can be replaced by following these simple steps:

1. UNPLUG the microwave before servicing.
2. Locate and remove the screws around the perimeter of the bottom panel of the microwave (located UNDER the microwave bottom).
3. With the screws removed the panel will open, exposing the turntable motor. Remove the glass tray and reach inside the oven cavity and grasp the turntable spindle. Pull straight up to remove it from the motor shaft.
4. With the spindle removed, disconnect the motor connector plug and mounting screws.
5. Insert new motor and reinstall everything using the steps provided in reverse order.

If you have any questions, please let me know. I hope this helps you.

NOTE: If this microwave is mounted, this repair can be performed without uninstalling the oven.

Everything works except heat

this is something you should probably call a repair technician for, due to the danger of the componentry.

Usually in ther case of this problem, even a technician will advise you to replace the unit, in the minds of cost effectiveness and safety...
