This morning the alarm from the phone went off. I went to stop it then after that the phone just shut off. When I was in the car going to school I turned it back on then a minute later it shut off again. After school i tried turning it on and going to my messages. Right when i click open a message i got, the screen went white and it turned off. When I turn it on and tried to type a message, it turn off. i dont know whats wrong...

Hi Friend, Please find the below mentioned steps and kindly follow the steps,
1.Switch off the mobile. 2.Remove the sim card,battery and memory card. 3.Hold the switch on button for 20 to 30 secs, 4.After that replace the sim card and the battery. 5.Now switch on the mobile, 6.After it has switched on now replace the memory card.
Maybe its your battery or charger port.Try to use another battery, if did'nt work then it's charger port.To avoid this kind of error please do not overcharged your phone.

try to reset your phone by dialing *#7370#. this will reset your mobile and hopr this works.remove your memory card first before trying this and also store your numbers save to yuor phone..it will ask for the code then then type security code as 12345 which is a default one from nokia..hope this works
