Well my friend, I have the same keyboard.
and several of my keys aren't working.

I took it apart and found that there is all lines running to different keys on a plastic sheet.
They are all 'drawn' on
and I assume that yours did the same as mine.
The battery in mine leaked [before i got it] and corroded the lines on the plastic sheet.
Now you can either just get a new keyboard
or find a way to re-'draw' these lines on.

If thats not the problem, make sure you first press the 'connect' button on the receiver and then on the keyboard.
otherwise open 'er up and see whats going on.
[the inside is very basic and it won't fall apart if you take it apart]

Q. What trackball wireless mouse is compatible with Logitech K260 keyboard/mouse combo? Is it the Logitech M570 trackball mouse that works with K260 keyboard?

The trackball mouse will come with it's own wireless adapter, So you can use any model you want. Mouse and Keyboard are fairly generic devices and will install themselves.
So you can choose any trackball you like and it will work as expected.

Will a Logitech Wireless Keyboard/Mouse (Y-RQ57) work with a USB-to-Keyboard/Mouse bus adaptor?

Hello Marecha--it can be a bit of a needle in a haystack situation when trying to use adapters to make older hardware work with the newer and faster things available these days. I've tried similar scenarios and with some I"ve had success and with others not so much. If at all possible I would recommend obtaining the adapter from Logitech themselves as many of the cheaper, generic imports are only manufactured to mimic a certain prototype and many aren't even tested. At the very least, just be sure that wherever you purchase the adapter is willing to exchange or refund for an incompatibility issue. Trying one (or several) won't hurt the hardware in any way. Good luck!

New wireless Logitech M320 keyboard works, but it cannot find the wireless mouse nor make it work. What do I do now?

First off, check your drivers and make sure they are up to date with your model. Next check the batteries in the mouse and keyboard, chances are if the mouse is out of juice, the keyboard may not be far behind. Thirdly, make sure you are following the correct procedures stated in the directions for "sync-ing" the mouse and keyboard with the wireless reciever!

Medion Media PC Model 8828 uses wireless keyboard and mouse,(Liteon SK-7225). The keyboard has failed. Any tricks please? Alternatively, where could I but a direct replacement? Many thanks indeed. ...

The wireless keyboards & mice work on batteries, try replacing the batteries first, if that doesn't work you may try with an USB(or PS2) replacement keyboard/mouse.

Keyboard

Try typing randomly all over the keyboard for a minute to discharge the capacitors. Then press the connect button on the underside of the keyboard and see if that works. Let me know how it goes..

Keyboard not responding

The keyboard has probably died. (It happens often). Here's a great inexpensive combo to replace your current one. https://www.amazon.com/Logitech-MK270-Wireless-Keyboard-Mouse/dp/B00BP5KOPA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1491364851&sr=8-1&keywords=Logitech-MK270-Wireless-Keyboard-Mouse
