I have a Logitech Wireless Keyboard and mouse. Underside of keyboard says Model name: Y-RR71 (SK-7207).
the mouse is working, but not the keyboard. I've changed all the batteries, and pressed the "Connect" buttons.
Any suggestions.
Sensor are on but keyboard is not working
Well my friend, I have the same keyboard.
and several of my keys aren't working.
I took it apart and found that there is all lines running to different keys on a plastic sheet.
They are all 'drawn' on
and I assume that yours did the same as mine.
The battery in mine leaked [before i got it] and corroded the lines on the plastic sheet.
Now you can either just get a new keyboard
or find a way to re-'draw' these lines on.
If thats not the problem, make sure you first press the 'connect' button on the receiver and then on the keyboard.
otherwise open 'er up and see whats going on.
[the inside is very basic and it won't fall apart if you take it apart]
