Are these raised letters or painted stickers? first place i would check is with your local RV dealer. if they don't have it they will also be the best source to locate one. if its vynil you can go to a local sign shop and they will match it to your other letters.
If the missed letters are consistent (always misses the T) then the highest probability is that the contacts for the keys need to be serviced, cleaned. This resuires the protective cover be removed and should be done by your contracted service people, IT hardware technician. Be sure to have a can of air handy and good contact cleaner if you are servicing the device yourself.

I doubt it's the copier, sounds more like a application or board problem, my first suggestion would be to re-install the driver. the other would be to target the hard drive or memory/ mother board of the network of the copier
I called Garmin customer service and they told me to plug the unit into my computer and it would reset itself and all the letters would be restored. I did this and it worked! I realize the usb cable does not come with the Garmin nuvi 250, however you may have a cable that came with a cell phone or a digital camera. My camera cable worked great.
