A technician download a microsoft word professional 2010 to my laptop but it is not authenticated and my daughter updated the windows, i cant open my microsoft word even my files on usb

first , try to save your data on a USB drive or on your hard disk drive.
if you cant, dont worry --- If you dont have the MSO 2010 CD, go to this link and download MS OFFICE 2010 trial version - you get full access for about 60 days or so, but at least you retrive your Word files and anything else you created using MS OFFICE . http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/downloads

this will install over the current version - dont worry you wont lose your data files you created in Word.
