Generally strollers are a collection of aluminum rods fitted into plastic supports and locked in with aluminum rivets. Wheels are generally fitted to the axel with capped star locks but have some clip arrangement to remove wheels from the frame for packing down.
Rivets have to be drilled out and replaced with new ones. To flair off the new rivet properly you need a clinch tool & dolly but you can make a less pretty repair with a ball-peen hammer and punch. Capped star locks need to be prized off and will never hold as well again so best replaced. So you need to have some new rivets and capped star locks be for you attempt to dismantle a stroller.

The manufacturer does not suggest taking it apart.
These are the instructions for cleaning:
• To clean stroller fabric and seat pad, use a sponge or damp cloth with cold water and mild soap. Air dry only. Do not use harsh household cleaners or bleach to clean stroller.

How do you open the graco duo glide stroller

You need to release the red clip that holds the stroller closed first. Look around for that. Then, pull the parent handle and one of the child trays apart until the stroller locks in the open position.

Need to clean. how do I take it apart to clean the material?

Some stroller seat pads do not come off so if they are very dirty you can spray some shout on it and wash it with hose outside then lett it dry,I had to do this with a bob I found at a garage sale.
