There is no reset key on the laptop so there are two types by which you can reset laptop

1. Remove battery for a second and Insert it back

2. Press and hold power switch for about 5 seconds - and the system will turn off

You can put the laptop back on.

if you are using DOS on your laptop, pressing Ctrl + Alt + Del will reset your laptop
If your Laptop is using Windows 98/ Window ME - pressing Ctrl + Alt + Del twice will reset your laptop
if you are using WinXP or any NT base operating system, pressing Ctrl + Alt + Del will open taskmanager - Select Shutdown - Restart from the menu

You can perform a hard reset by pressing and holding the powered button for 5 seconds.

This is a typical battery fault. You have no choice but replace it.

What does it mean when your screen says error while initializing the NIC? Computer will open to desktop page. Only get black screen with blinking cursor.

Ouch, it sounds like your laptop cannot recognize your operating system. When a computer boots up it looks for an operating system (such as windows) on differnet devices. For example: 1. hard drive, 2. dvd drive, 3. network card. You may have a dead latptop and need to reinstall the operating system.

My latptop's internal clock getting problem after some days its reset to year 2002.

The CMOS battery is responsible for the internal clock. If it automatically resets itself to 2002 (motherboard manufacturing date) then you need to have it replaced (it's really cheap to have it replaced).

if you are using P for a new model then install the microsoft UAA driver first then the sound drivers and it will work.
UAA you can find by searchin on google and the sound drivers from HCL site.
