My issue is that it says its brewing, it sounds like its not pumping water and it just stay stuck on "Brewing" and doing nothing! We solved this by unplugging, not just turning off!

Ok if the Kcup is filling up but nothing is coming out but it will come out if your run straight water then the bottom piercing needle is plugged up with coffee grounds. Take out the K-Cup holder, snap off the bottom part of the holder and using a tooth pick or needle push it thru the bottom side of the lower piercing needle. It will get clogged with grounds after a while of use!

I have a Keurig Vue. I have descaled and cleaned the product on schedule but it leaks water from all around the brew head and only 5-6 oz of coffee make it into the mug. I tried to clean out the pin also...

Remove and clean the Brew Head, with the V700 the way to remove would be to open the lid with the handle, place your fingers around the Brew Head, there are tabs to each side, press tabs and pull down and toward you. Wash this out thoroughly in your kitchen sink. Now before replacing the Brew Head, with the handled lid up, turn the back of the brewer so that it is facing you...Look straight down into the top of the brewer, you will see the needles, use an old toothbrush to clean them. Replace the Brew Head and descale the brewer with White Vinegar (do NOT dilute with water) or Keurig descale solution (purchased only through their website). The video to watch the descale instructions is: www.keurig.com/customerservice

Hope this helps!

Keurig not brewing

Our unit (the mini) would only blink red but would not brew. It didn't make any noise and seemed like it was dead. To fix this, leave the unit plugged in but powered off. If you haven't already done so, add water to the top of the unit and then open the pod holder so that the water flows into the internal storage tank. Hold the brew button in (don't let go until it is done brewing) and the light will turn on - after a while it will start brewing. Let go of the button once it has finished brewing. According to a Keurig rep - this problem is often caused by using cold water straight from the fridge.

I set the brew size on the Keurig, but can't figure out how to get the lights to stop blinking and make the coffeemaker actually brew me a cup of coffee. I've held down the brew button, thinking that would...

the blinking blue lights, means the water level is low...BUT sometimes it sticks, if the tank is not clean..its that round disk, on the side of the water tanks that sticks..try resetting the tank..set set the default brew size..goto menu, then goto brewsize to set the default size...when it says ready to brew..then you can select the size...

My keurig won't brew a full cup for the 10oz option, but it brews a full cup for the other options.

This sounds like a water level sensor inside the unit. If it's under warranty... call Keurig and they might send a replacement... out of warranty requires you to open the unit and re-seat the harness that comes off of the water level array into a circuit board... low voltage thing...taking it apart is not easy, but I have explained it in another answer... for a B70 unit...

I have the Keurig Gourmet Deluxe Home Brewing System #B60 When the pod is in place with the cover down the water won't come out while brewing. It will not make a brewed cup of coffee. If I remove the pod...

Check that pod has a punctured hole on BOTH ends.. If the bottom or to wear not punctured this will happen with most Keurigs.
Replace the pod holder if defective.

Continually running/heating

Coffeemakers have two heating elements: a brew element and a keep-warm element. When the water reservoir has run empty, a thermostat switches power from the brew element to the keep-warm element.

The keep-warm element will cause the thermostat to stay in this condition until more water is added [or power is cut off] which will cool it down to switch back.

However, if the keep-warm element has quit working, the thermostat may be reactivating the brew element. With no water in the reservoir, the brew element will heat up till the thermostat trips again, then cool down, etc. This cycle will repeat until power is switched off.
