You need to remove the back plate and leave it sit in a warm, dry area for 24 hours to allow the moisture inside the watch to evaporate.

Additional note: If the back plate of your watch is smooth around the edges, then it will pry off. Look carefully around the edges for a spot with a small gap, which it may or may not have. Prying gently with the tip of a sharp knife, usually with a light twisting motion, will pop the back plate off the watch. It simply presses back into place with moderate-to-light pressure. IF the back plate has notches around the edge, it need to be unscrewed from the back. Harbor Freight has a cheap tool to engage these notches and turn the plate, but I've had good luck simply using the tips of a needle-nose pliers to engage these notches and unscrew the plate.

How can i clear a foggy wrist watch glass?

Try WARMING,not heating it with a hair dryer, but be careful not to overheat. If it gets too hot,it will distort the watch face.

Wet film under the face,

Since you have dive watch I can only wonder if the back has been removed and when it was replaced, the seal was not as effective as it should be.

I suggest that you take it to a Luminox dealer and ask them to sort it out.

You can find your nearest dealer by going to "Liminox.com" and clicking on "find a retailer" at the top of the page.

Watch face is foggy

Go and see watchmaker as soon as possible or you will have to bin your watch very soon. That foggyness (condensate) in watch will soon disappear, but the movement of the watch is affected anyway and the rust works amazingly quick.
Rush in to your nearest watch repair shop and ask to dry out your watch. Unfortunately you can't do it yourself as the specific skills are needed.

Rate me, please.

Glass foggy or has film on inside

The film is moisture, you may have to remove the back and let if evaporate. You need new seals as it is your sweat that is causing it.
