0065 on sky revision 8 does the on/off volume up/down and channel up/down.

I've found two codes that work fine on a revision 8 Sky remote control and a revision 8r remote:

0056 (LG/Goldstar)
981 (General reset)

Both codes enable volume, channel selection and power on/off.

    Apologies, had dyslexic fingers. The top code should read 0065, and it appears to only work on my Rev 8 remote, not the rev 8R. The default/reset code of 981 does work on both though!

Sky don't list a specific code for the 26A3000R, but there are some generic codes for Toshiba TVs with a Rev 4 remote:

0536, 0581, 0063, 0473, 0530, 0746, 0121, 0742, 0173

Try each of the above codes until you find one that works the power and volume functions. If you have no success or you need code entry instructions, please post back and I will try to assist you further.

I have a toshiba regza hd ready flat screen tv. Need to program the sky remote for it but do not know the model number. Can't find it on the tv anywhere or find the manual! Any ideas on how I could find...
Hi,

The model number should be on a white sticker on the back of the TV. If you can find it, please post back and I will obtain the correct code for your Sky remote.

There are some Generic codes for Toshiba TVs which are:

0536 1536 and 1221 for Rev 8 remotes
0063 0536 and 1121 for Rev 6 remotes
0063 0121 and 0536 for Rev 4 remotes

You can find the Rev number of your Sky remote on a sticker inside the battery compartment. If it just says RC1600/00 then you have the original Sky remote, but you can still try the above codes.

If you need instructions on programming the remote, please post back with both your model number and Sky remote Rev number and I will post the codes and instructions.

Hi Re Easytouch 42" HD TV - look for Hisense - I took a guess and LCD3204 EU code 376 - remote works but buttons don't tally up - getting there slowly!

Just bought a madeforyou 4:1 remote that is programmed on my PC.

Remote control for sky
I own a One-for-All universal remote (model URC-4220), and my booklet says the setup code for a Toshiba TV is one of the following numbers: 0060, 0154, 0156, 1265, 0695, 0845,1145,1045.

Sky remote code for LG 42LC46 tv
Hi - I also have the LG42LC46, i got it to work by using code 206 but you need a REV 8 remote, i tried it with a REV 4 and it doesn't work.

Sky remote code for LG 42LC46 tv
After spending hours on this I found that code 0206 worked on my sky+ remote(with LG 42LC46). On an old sky remote, prior to version 4 (inside the battery compartment), just use 206.
This code was actually for a LG 42PX5D but it works perfectly on my tv.
