The Lexmark technical support page for your x215 printer is here. Looking at the Publications and Download tabs do not show a windows 7 driver. At this page, it discusses win 7 drivers, and who to call.
Go to www.lexmark.com and click on DRIVERS AND DOWNLOADS. Then use the DRIVER FINDER. In SEARCH BY MODEL, type in x215 and you can choose a driver from there.
