Hi did you by any chance find out the code to reset ur tv?? Im having same problem.

You can do a system recovery. You will lose ALL your date.

If your pin does not work, you need to go to your security location (location of when you set the pin the very first time) to unlock it. If you don't remember that you need to call garmin at 1-800-800-1020 to set up an rma to send the unit in to have it unlocked.

If you don't remember the password you will need to reset and reconfigure the router. There should be a small button (or pin hole you will need a paper clip to stick in), generally labeled "reset". Hold this in for at least 10 seconds and reconfigure the router.
If you have a windows device that has been connected, you could download SIW (google SIW download) run it, and go to the password section, it will show your wifi password.

If you don't know the PIN, select "I forgot," then select the empty text box for the answer to the secret question and enter it using the on-screen keyboard. Select "OK" to continue.

If you don't know either the PIN or the secret question, the Parental Controls will need to be reset. Please call 1-800-255-3700 for assistance.

The lock means that your wireless network is secured with a password. If the router is yours, and you don't remember what the password is, you can reset the router with the reset button on the back end of the router. This button is very small, needing a pin to push it. It's located right next to the antenna, and has a small arrow pointing at it.
While holding the button down, watch for the light on the front labeled "test" to light. This should take 5-10 seconds. Don't release the button until the light comes on. Once it does, let go of the button and wait for the router to reboot.

SIM pin code:
