My mp4 player will not turn on, if i plug it up the charge lite will show and stay on after i unplug it but no power when i try to turn it on and after a while the charge lite will go out

Bring it to the center u had bought it. If u find a shop which selling that kind of unit try show it to them maybe they can demonstrate it infont of you how to dismantle
the chargin port for your mp4 player is probably broken, this happend to some of my previous mp3 players as well as phones unfortunately you are going to have to get a new one, but first send it in to the manufacturer this might be a little pricey but worth it
it does not seems to charge / or turn ON either from the computer or when plugged to an electrical outlet to the wall. Red light is still ON after the whole night . What's wrong ?? Can you please HELP - CODY STELLER MINE IS A 4 GIGA BITE MP4 PLEASE HELP ONLY
if you are trying to use it while it's pluged in, it might not work because some mp4s and mp3s dont work while they're charging. but the zodiac mp4 should run while it's plugged in... if it's not turning on at all while it's unpluged, maybe try to plug it in for an hour or two and if its still not turning on or if its showing no signs that it was charged, i would try maybe getting a new battery or contacting the company
Keep your mp4 player turned OFF while charging and keep it in for an hour. Let it charge up. If that doesn't work something else will - Follow these directions carefully!
1. GENTLY hold your Craig MP4 player in hand. 2. Walk over to window and hold it near sunlight for 2 minutes. 3. Shake it gently 3 times. 4. GENTLY place it down and wait 2 minutes. 5. Grab mp4 player and smash it into trash can.
