There are only a handful of topend laptops that come with the bluetooth hardware. Youn need to buy a blutooth device, a card or a dongle. I would advise the donglr route as it is easier to upgrade the device as bluetooth improves.

Try reinstalling the Bluetooth driver.
You can download the Bluetooth and device drivers from ASUS WEB site. Select your model motherboard/computer/laptop, and make sure you select drivers that matches your Windows operating system. Please click on this link to their WEB support site : -

K52JR DRIVERS

select notebook for product

select k52 for series

select k52jr for model.

Choose your operating system

Click the plus sign next to audio

download driver.

ASUS P5S800-VM Drivers
Please visit the above link from ASUS Official Support. Select the OS (Operating System) e.g.Windows XP and download the required Audio Drivers. Extract the 'Zip/ Compressed file' Double-click the setup exe file and follow the on-screen instructions to install the drivers
