We just purchased a new Maytag Epic z, Model MHWZ600TW, Front Load Clothes Washer, which was delivered yesterday, the 15th. Set up was easy, and started by dong the user manual's suggested first wash without clothes and only 1/2 the normal detergent. After two successfull cycles (each cycle being adding water, wash, drain, high speed spin), and with about 22 minutes left (as indicated on the digital readout), the machine stopped with an error F30. After going through the recommended troubleshooting as well as disconnecting the washer for about 30 minutes, nothing cleared the error.
Whenever we try to start the machine, the following sequence occurs:
1. After pushing start, the machine locks for a few seconds, then unlocks
2. The tub turns once or twice and stops.
3. Although we hear what apparantly seems to be valves clicking, no water inters the tub.
4. The tub stops, the washer locks again and just sits there.
