I think that it is a zener of 9,1V / 1A (for the max current i'm not absolutely right)

Monitored +5V when powering on, on the connector going from power supply card to logic card, with logic card disconnected. Found it rising to +5V and then falling, period < 1sec. Then observed that C56 1500uF/10V is swollen (on the power supply, in a group of capacitors on output voltages). Replaced it and monitor is now OK.

Or www.digikey.com just make sure to use caps with low ESR, 105c, high ripple current, long life rating such as PANASONIC FM or FC series.
