open the bottom ull see a nickel shape battry on the motherboard remove teh bat and plug it back again the pwd will no longer be there

remove the bios battery from the laptop for about 30 minutes, when you put it back, you will not have the password anymore for bios, reset...

it can be upright or flat out, just check your and remove it.

open the door where the RAM is contained at rear of unit.( turn laptop off and disconnect from power first)

locate the two bars or pins between the ram chips and short out with a paper clip This will blank out password,

well... hard to say, given that ze4300 is a SERIES of laptops, therefore have a variety of model featuring different specifications. If it's the driver you need, you can download it HERE - compatible with Windows 2k/XP.
