this is a CDMA phone which does not have a SIM card slot. you will need to contact verizon or another cdma provide to activate the phone.
please note that it may be locked to verizon only. so you will need to contact verizon to unlock the cellphone if you wish to use it on another carrier.

Palm Pixi Plus offered by Verizon is a CDMA phone. You can't put a SIM card.

No, you cannot unlock the Palm Pixi Plus and put it on a plan that is not compatible with a smartphone. If you want to continue to use Verizon service, you will have to purchase a phone that is compatible with your current plan, or change to a different plan that will work with your Pixi Plus.

Weekstaq listen if your plam is verizon you can use the last four digits of the phone number. Also you should be able to go on the plam profile and send a verification to the phone. Now if your really having problems with that your going to have to use the plam profile and update the whole entire phone. If you need your codes go int the profile and reset them.
