Hello! Welcome to FixYa! To activate the GPRS settings on your handset, Write GPRSACT in write new message and send it to 511. You will receive the settings of GPRS, Save this settings. There is no service charges to activate GPRS. If you face any problem in sending the sms then there is another solution you just have to call on helpline no of AIRTEL and demand GPRS settings by the AIRTEL service providers, Give information to them about your handset which you are using they will send you the settings of GPRS according to your handset. Gprs settings varied from location and operator, you may want to call support of your current network provider. then ask them about settings and activation of gprs on your phone model, this oftently come free.
Plz be more precise wid ur question. However Assuming on the question u have asked ... I will take it as, You have sent a MMS (Multimedia Message Service) , inorder to send or receive MMS, you should get GPRS activated on the both the cell phones. Unless you have a activated GPRS services .
