Dishwasher not cleaning dishes

hi paula.
Insufficient water in the dishwasher also can cause poorcleaning. If the float gets stuck in the raised position, thedishwasher won't fill with water (Photo 3). Another likely cause is a clogged inlet screen or faulty inlet valve. ... To determine if your dishwasher is getting enough water, start a wash cycle.

On normal wash cycle the dishes are still greasy and there is food debris on the inside door the machine has water and runs through its cycle but the dishes especially the top rack is still...

Depending upon the age of the DW, you may have a restricted or bad pump. You also could have a restriction in the drain line that goes to your sink.

We have a matsui mf160 dishwashwasher and it is struggling to get items clean - esp greasy items - i have also noticed it is not hot at the end of the cycle so i think the problem is there is no hot water....

The dishwasher's heater is likely shot. Get a new heating element. The same heater drys and the end but also heats the hot water during the wash cycle. No hot water = dirty dishes.

Mold growing on dishes

Recommend that you run another cycle with no DW soap aded, waiting until the dishwasher has filled with hot water and begins to do the first wash cycle. Then add 1/2 cup of bleach to the water and close the door. Allow the cycle to finish. Run it normally with a standard load of dirty dishes. Note: These high efficiency dishwashers count on the "dirt" of the dirty dishes to help wash/clean the dishes. Recommend you not rinse/wash the dishes before you put them in the dishwasher.

Watch for any occurrence of the black dots and repeat the bleach treatment.

Soap is left in the dispenser and the top rack doesn't get clean.

the inlet water pressure need to check i think there is weak level of water , check 1st nearest tap to sea normall flow of water is good or not ?
> if it is weak so the problem outside the dishwasher it is plumbing problem
>if it is good so the problem relate to dishwasher so chech the whole path of inlet water> i think this will solve the problem
thanks

Greasy Film on dishes

You need to use something with citric acid in it like a can of frozen OJ or tang, the citric acid helps break up deposits. (run without any dishes in it) Hope it helps.

LG dishwasher wont clean top rack dishes

Recommend you remove the approximately 10 screws to pull the entire filter and manually clean. Remove all debris you find and thoroughly rinse out the filter if you can separate the top from the bottom. If the sump area is greasy, use a de-greasing spray to cut through it. Resemble, checking that there are no blockages in the holes on the spray arms.
Fill a bowl or cup with white vinegar and place it on the lower rack of the empty dishwasher. Do not add detergent. Run the quick cycle. The inside of the dishwasher should now be clean and not greasy. If still greasy, use the de-greasing spray (avaiable at all stores in the cleaning section.)
For 30 days, use only Electrosol or Cascade powder. Do NOT use gel or tablets, ever. Please report back your results. Good Luck!
ianc435 , please ask your question in as a new problem and I will help you out. I understand your problem.
